NRA National Match Course
HIGHPOWER: Across the Course, 50 roundsLocation: Coastal Georgia Gun Club Eligibility: Open to all NRA members in good standing. Junior competitors may substitute membership in an NRA Club. Membership and classification will be verified during squadding. Competitors need not be current NRA members. Rules: Unless modified by this program, current NRA Rules will apply for the event. Competitors will score and assist the Range Officers as needed. COMPETITORS WILL BE EXPECTED TO MOVE THEIR EQUIPMENT FROM YARD LINE TO YARD LINE Entry fee: Adults $15.00 (juniors $10.00) Entries: Entries will be accepted starting at 8:00 am on the day of the event. Rifles: NRA Match Rifle, Rule 3.3, or the Service Rifle Rules 3.1, 3.1.1, or 3.1.2. Ammunition: Any safe ammunition, rule 3.17(B) Squadding: All shooters will be squadded at the registration table. Table opens at 8:00 am Safety brief: Will occur 15 minutes to scheduled match time. Firing will commence when targets and Firing line is ready. Challenge: N/A Class: The NRA classification system will be used. A current NRA High Power Classification Card, temporary score book, or assigned classification is acceptable. If 5 or more Unclassified shooters compete, they will be placed in a separate class, otherwise they will Shoot as Masters Unclassified (MU). Unclassified shooters must be sponsored by a classified shooter or have completed an appropriate training clinic. Course of fire: 200 yards standing, slow fire, 10 rounds in 10 minutes 200 yards rapid fire – Standing to sitting / kneeling, 10 rounds in 60 seconds 300 yards rapid fire – Standing to prone, 10 rounds in 70 seconds 600 yards slow fire – Prone, 20 rounds in 20 minutes. (Reduced @ 300 yards) A sighting period will be allowed for each position. Awards: Awards schedule will be based upon the number of shooters. Payout will be for match winner and class - if there are less than five shooters in a class, they will be grouped in another class except for High Master. Unless there are 5 or more, High Masters will shoot for MW only. If there are eight or more shooters in a class, a second place award will be given; thirteen or more, a third place. If there are three or more juniors, seniors, or women, category awards will be given. A shooter can only win one award per match; category over class. General: Competitors are responsible for knowing all safety rules, match content and course of fire. No food service or water is available at the range. There will be no lunch break. |

CMP John C. Garand
Location: Coastal Georgia Gun Club and Open Class Match Eligibility: Open to any person eligible to compete under CMP competition rules; Rule 4.1. Rules: Unless modified by this program, current CMP Competition Rules will apply for the event, Rule 5.1.1. Competitors will score and assist the Range Officers as needed. Entry fee: Adults $15.00 (juniors $10.00) Entries: Entries will be accepted starting at 8:00 am on the day of the event. Rifles: As issued U.S. military rifles that comply with Rule 6.2.4. (Open Class – service rifle, match rifle, any rifle) Ammunition: Any safe ammunition, Rule 6.6.1. Squadding: All shooters will be squadded at the registration table. Table opens at 8:00 am Safety brief: Will occur at 8:45 am and firing will commence when targets and firing line is ready. Challenge: N/A Category: Women, Rule 4.6.1; Civilian or Service, Rule 4.6.2; Rule 4.6.3; Rule 4.6.4 Course of fire: John C. Garand Match Course (B) 200 yards prone, slow fire, 20 rounds in 20 minutes 200 yards rapid fire – Standing to prone, 10 rounds in 70 seconds 200 yards rapid fire – Standing to sitting / kneeling, 10 rounds in 80 seconds 200 yards slow fire – Standing, 10 rounds in 10 minutes. A maximum of 5 rounds in five minutes sighting period will be allowed. Awards: Awards schedule will be based upon the number of shooters. The highest scoring competitor who fires an “as-issued” Caliber .30, M1 Garand will be the John C. Garand Match winner. The Open Class winner will be the highest score from non “as-issued” rifles. General: Competitors are responsible for knowing all safety rules, match content and course of fire. No food service or water is available at the range. There will be no lunch break. |

Billy C. Atkins Iron-Man Rifle Match 800 Aggregate Regional Match Course
